With the Gunderwear With the Surprise Underwear Subscription, something new awaits you every month that personally suits your preferences. You choose which styles you like to wear and provide your waist measurement; the brand, color, and style remain a surprise. Dave primarily selects items from new collections. Shipping is included, and the subscription can be skipped, paused, or canceled. This way, you continually discover underwear that suits you, without having to search yourself every month.

Your first Surprise will be shipped within a few days.
You choose the styles and size. Brand, color, and design remain completely secret.
Grab a measuring tape. Use a flexible measuring tape, such as those used by tailors.
Find the right place. Place the measuring tape where your underwear band would normally sit. This is usually just below your belly button, but this can vary from person to person.
Relax your stomach. Stand up straight, breathe normally and do not pull in your stomach.
Measure around your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist without pinching it. Make sure the tape is straight and tight but not too tight.
Read the size in centimeters. This number is your waist size. Check our size chart to see which size corresponds to it.
Which value do I choose from the list?
Are you between two cm measurements? Choose the higher value for slightly more comfort.
Do you prefer a tighter fit? Choose the lower size.
Does your waistline fluctuate (e.g., morning/evening or due to exercise)? Choose your average or the higher value if you're unsure.
No measuring tape?
Use a piece of string or shoelace: place it around your waist where you wear your underwear, mark the point where it overlaps, and then measure that section with a ruler or tape measure.
How to pay with a debit card instead of a credit card
You can cancel your subscription at Gunderwear Payments can only be made by credit or debit card. iDEAL is currently not supported for subscriptions by our webshop provider, Shopify.
Good news: most Dutch debit cards have now been (or are being) replaced by a debit card. This card has a card number, an expiration date, and often a CVC/CVV code as well. You can use this to complete your subscription, just like with a credit card.
How does that work in practice?
At checkout, select credit/debit card.
Enter the details on your (new) payment card: card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV.
The monthly payment will then be automatically debited from your debit card.
Do you still have an older debit card without a card number? Then you can only subscribe once your debit card has been renewed, or you can use a (debit) credit card as an alternative.
You choose what you wear. The rest remains a secret.
You choose in advance whether you want to receive jockstraps, briefs, trunks, or a combination, and provide your waist circumference in centimeters. I convert this to the correct size per brand. You will never see the brand, color, or style beforehand.
This is how it works: You make your choice, I personally select a suitable item, you receive the first Surprise within a few days, and then a new discreetly packaged surprise every month.
Something truly different every month
I keep track of which products you have previously received via the subscription. Therefore, you will never receive the same item twice. I vary as much as possible in terms of brand, color, print, material, fit, and design. You will primarily receive new collections, with occasional special editions from a previous collection.

Previously sent as a Surprise
A selection of products that were previously part of the subscription. What you receive remains a secret, of course.
This is not a discount subscription where every delivery is guaranteed to be cheaper than buying items individually. The retail value varies per item: one month it is slightly above the subscription amount, and another month slightly below.
On average, you never pay more with the subscription than if you were to buy comparable items individually. Personal selection and shipping are included.

No. You only choose the models and waist size; brand, color, and version remain secret.
Do I always receive a new collection?
Mostly, yes. Sometimes I also select a special edition from a previous collection.
Can I receive the same item twice?
No. I keep track of what you have received previously and always select a unique item.
Are shipping costs included?
Yes, with every monthly Surprise.
How can I pay?
A credit card or debit card is currently required for a subscription. iDEAL does not support recurring subscription payments. This may change when Wero is fully rolled out.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel a delivery?
Yes. You can arrange this via your subscription environment. You can cancel whenever you want.
Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Yes, in neutral packaging without prominent information about the contents.
