How do I measure my waist size?

  1. Grab a measuring tape.
    Use a flexible measuring tape, such as those used by tailors.
  2. Find the right place.
    Place the measuring tape where your underwear band would normally sit. This is usually just below your belly button, but this can vary from person to person.
  3. Relax your stomach.
    Stand up straight, breathe normally and do not pull in your stomach.
  4. Measure around your waist.
    Wrap the measuring tape around your waist without pinching it. Make sure the tape is straight and tight but not too tight.
  5. Read the size in centimeters.
    This number is your waist size. Check our size chart to see which size corresponds to it.

Which value do I choose from the list?

  • Are you between two cm measurements? Choose the higher value for slightly more comfort.
  • Do you prefer a tighter fit? Choose the lower size.
  • Does your waistline fluctuate (e.g., morning/evening or due to exercise)? Choose your average or the higher value if you're unsure.

No measuring tape?

Use a piece of string or shoelace: place it around your waist where you wear your underwear, mark the point where it overlaps, and then measure that section with a ruler or tape measure.

How long does shipping take?

If you have placed your order before 15:00 (17:00 for the Netherlands and Belgium with PostNL), it will be shipped the same day. Check the page dispatch for more information about the shipping time.

Which size should I choose?

Choosing the right size is always difficult, but we have made this easier with the table below.

A pant size is referred to as Width x Length. If it is 32×34, then your width is: 32. If it is 29×34, then your width is: 29. And so on.

Another way to choose the right size is to use a measuring tape to measure your waist. Do this at the point where the waistband sits on the body and refer to the size chart below:

Why is there no XS/XXL Multipack available?

Due to a limitation in the website software of Gunderwear, we are currently unable to make all combinations available.

This may become possible in the future. As soon as it does, we will Multipackadd directly.

The underpants do not fit or are not comfortable

Subscription: Do the underpants not fit or are they not comfortable? Return it unused and unwashed in the original packaging with the attached labels and you will receive a replacement next month. You will then receive two pieces. If necessary, adjust your size in your profile.

Loose underwear: Contact us to register a return.
