With the GUNDERWEAR Surprise Underwear Subscription, a new piece of men's underwear selected around your preferences arrives each month. You choose the styles you like and provide your waist measurement, while the brand, colour and exact design stay a surprise. Dave mainly selects items from new collections. Shipping is included, and you can skip, pause or cancel the subscription whenever needed.

Your first Surprise will be shipped within a few days.
You choose the models and size. Brand, color, and style remain completely secret.
Get a measuring tape. Use a flexible measuring tape like the kind used by tailors.
Find the right position. Place the measuring tape where the waistband of your underwear normally sits. This is usually slightly below your navel, but it can vary from person to person.
Relax your stomach. Stand upright, breathe normally and do not pull your stomach in.
Measure around your waist. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist without squeezing. Keep it level and snug, but not too tight.
Read the measurement in centimetres. This number is your waist measurement. Check our size chart to see which size matches it.
Which value should I choose from the list?
Between two centimetre values? Choose the higher value for a little more comfort.
Prefer a closer fit? Choose the lower value.
Does your waist measurement fluctuate, for example between morning and evening or because of training? Choose your average, or the higher value if in doubt.
No measuring tape?
Use a piece of string or a shoelace: place it around your waist where you wear your underwear, mark the point where it overlaps, then measure that length with a ruler or tape measure.
How to pay by debit card instead of credit card
You can pay for your GUNDERWEAR subscription only by credit card or debit card. iDEAL is currently not supported for subscriptions by our webshop provider Shopify.
Good news: most Dutch bank cards have already been, or are now being, replaced by cards with debit card functionality. These cards have a card number, expiry date and often a CVC/CVV code. You can use these details to complete the subscription just like you would with a credit card.
How does it work in practice?
At checkout, choose credit card/debit card.
Enter the details shown on your new bank card: card number, expiry date and CVC/CVV.
The monthly payment will then be charged automatically to your debit card.
Do you still have an older Dutch bank card without a card number? You can subscribe once your bank card has been renewed, or use a debit or credit card as an alternative.
You choose what you wear. The rest stays secret.
You choose in advance whether you want to receive jockstraps, briefs, trunks, or a combination, and provide your waist measurement in centimeters. I convert that to the correct size for each brand. You never see the brand, color, or style in advance.
How it works: you make your choice, I personally select a suitable item, you receive the first Surprise within a few days, and after that a new discreetly packaged surprise every month.
Something really different every month
I keep track of which products you have previously received through the subscription. That’s why you will never receive the same item twice. I vary as much as possible in brand, color, print, material, fit, and design. You will mainly receive new collections, with occasionally a special design from an earlier collection.

A selection of products that were previously part of the subscription. Of course, what you receive will remain a secret.
This is not a discount subscription where every delivery is guaranteed to be cheaper than buying items separately. The retail value varies per item: one month it may be slightly above and another month slightly below the subscription amount.
On average, you will never pay more through the subscription than if you bought comparable items separately. Personal selection and shipping are included.
